A Calmbirth® story."Your course was a massive help and guidance.."The birth of our baby boy Remy went really well. I was able to labour at home for the day and made it into the hospital, albeit a little late, ready to push. It was a relatively quick labour, with amazing support from Jordan, with a very clear birth plan in place. Lucky for us all ran to our plan.We spent a lot of time doing the. meditations, visualisation, and researching the type of birth we wanted.
